Week 22 ~ Trick or Treat

My first halloween - cold and rainy! At least i was in a warm costume! I got to go trick-or-treating with my friend hannah. Daddy put together my baby einstein jumper. Yay! I love it! I'm still a little small for it so they have to put a blanket around me. I also had a playdate with Hailey. We played with my toys and i got to watch her eat big girl food (which word in the house is i get to try it next week!).

Week 21 ~ Super Busy!

This past weekend was packed! It all started on Friday night when you are never going to believe what my mommy & daddy did.... they let me spend the NIGHT (without them) at my Gramzee's house! I thought my mommy looked a little bit more nervous as she headed out with daddy to their friend Matt's b-day party. I had soooo much fun with gramzee! We played, read books, took my bottles perfectly, & went to sleep without one tear! When i woke up the next morning, i was a little shocked that my mommy & daddy still weren't there, but i was happy to play some more and we even took a little walk. My Gramzee's birthday was Saturday and she told me that was the best present - me spending the night! That day we went to her birthday luncheon at my GiGi's house. Then we(me, mommy, and my auntie) surprised Gramzee with a girls night at the W hotel! When we woke up on Sunday, we had to get home because i had my BIG Halloween Debut that night! Everyone came over to see a sneak preview of my halloween costume! If you know what my favorite toy is, you probably can guess what i was.... a caterpillar!

Week 19 & 20

Now that i'm almost 5 months old, i decided to branch out and try something new... Gymboree! I met 5 other babies when i went to my class. We sang songs, played with the parachute, rolled balls, caught bubbles, &I got to play on my tummy a lot! I had so much fun & can't wait to go back next week! I'm still sleeping about 10 hrs. at night (from about 9pm to 7am). I also had a playdate with Payton this past week. She is about a year older than me so i got to see all the things that one day, i'll be able to do too! I shared my toys & can't wait to play with Payton again. I'm trying so hard to sit up now. I pull my head up off the floor when i'm laying down, but that's as far as i can get. I'm getting pretty good when my mommy or daddy prop me up, but i tend to lose my balance and slowly fall over! I still love putting my toes in my mouth .... especially my right one!

Week 17 & 18 ~ Stone Harbor

Wow! These 2 weeks flew by! I went on vacation to Philly & NJ to meet my daddy's side of the family. We took my first plane trip which mommy & daddy were a little nervous about (they made me have my pacifier in most of the time & kept talking about my ears!! What about my ears?!). But... of course I was wonderful - i ate, played, & slept - and before i knew it, we were there! The pilot even let us go into the cockpit to see all the buttons when we landed (he wouldn't let me play with any though!). We stayed most of the time in Stone Harbor, NJ. I met so many people ~ aunts, uncles, cousins, great grandparents, friends.... We had such a good time & I loved everyone! I even went to the beach for the first time. Mommy & Daddy had to really wash all the sand off my toes since i love to put them in my mouth! It was a lot colder than it is here! I actually had to wear pants and socks! If I had to pick my favorite part, it was meeting my little cousin Jimmy (he is 6 mths older than me!). We talked in our secret language & played right next to each other (since we don't really like sharing our toys yet). At the end of our trip we went to Ursinus College where my Daddy went to school. We even saw the soccer field where he used to play. We all had a wonderful time!
