Wow! Where has the time gone? I can't believe that my ONE month birthday is today!! Hmmmm, what's new? Well, last weekend one of my mommy's best friends Ginger came to visit all the way from Tampa. I let Ginger hold me for 2 hours straight (they thought i was sleeping, but i was really listening in on what they were saying!) My other new visitor was Josh... at first he was nervous to hold me because he thought i was going to wake up - but i was an angel the whole time! My daddy got to have his first father's day! Yay! Out of all the gifts I got him, my favorite was a book that he can read to me called - "It's the Best Day Ever, Dad!" Also, this past week I had my second play date with Bailey & my new friend Hailey also came. I slept most of the time again so i'm going to try really hard next time to stay awake & play more. I'm beginning to wonder if this is MY playdate or my mommy's... i can hear her talking to the other moms the whole time i am trying to sleep!

Other things i did this week:

~ Tried my swing - a little unsure of it, but maybe i'll get used to it!

~ Getting better at holding my own head up and turning it to the side while someone is holding me.

~ Took my first real bath & LOVED it! (No more washcloth baths - Hooray!!)

~ Went to Babies R' Us with mommy & daddy... i'm good to go (as long as i'm not hungry!)

~ Stayed with my Gramzee & Shelby while mommy went to the pool with Skyler (for only 45 min. though - she missed me too much again!)

~ My favorite rattle this week: Pooh Bear

~ My favorite book: Brown Bear, Brown Bear

Wow!  I can’t believe that my 3 week birthday is today!  I did so many new things this past week.  Last Saturday my mommy left me for the first time with daddy!  She missed me so much and checked her phone every couple minutes… just in case daddy called.   Mommy met my Auntie, Uncle Brantley, and Aunt Jami at our neighborhood pool for about an hour.  I was very good for daddy and slept on his chest the whole time! On Sunday we went on my first stroller ride.  At first I started to cry because I didn’t know why they were putting me in that strange contraption.  Then I calmed down once I realized that they were going to stroll me around.  I tried my hardest to stay awake while we went down to our neighbor’s house – Shauna & Larry – but I fell right asleep as soon as we got outside!  On Monday I had my first play date with Bailey.  We mostly slept and ate but we did get to play in my Under the Sea Activity Mat!  I showed Bailey how I danced to the music.  I can’t wait for her to come back over! Lets see what else…oh, I went on my first outing with my mommy & gramzee.  We went to the forum shops to Swoozies, Barnes & Noble, and Pottery Barn Kids.  I took a nap the whole time and they pushed me around in my stroller.  I’m starting to realize I fall asleep for all the good stuff!   On Wednesday my daddy had to go out of town for 2 whole nights so we stayed at Gramzee’s house the entire time!  I had so much fun!  Between everyone at the house, I got carried around a lot & loved it.  I slept in my new Pack N’ Play in Gramzee’s room so mommy got to catch up on her sleep. I missed my daddy terribly but mommy put him on speaker phone so at least he could talk to me! Well, that’s all for now.  Hope you like all the pictures!

Hi Everyone! Well, i'm two weeks old today! YAY! Sorry, I haven't been keeping up with my blog - things have been super busy! I've been trying my hardest to let Mommy and Daddy sleep for 3 hrs at a time at night. I'm getting better! I love having all these visitors! People just carry me around! Hope you like some of my new pics!

Hi Everyone!  First, I would like to thank my Auntie Abbey for starting this blog for me. Now that I am a week old, I think I'm going to take it from here and write on it myself.

I love my new home... mom's tummy was getting a little cramped!  I’m glad I am finally getting to meet all the people that I could only hear their voices just a little bit ago!  Mommy and Daddy are doing well and getting used to the lack of sleep.  I had my first outing on Tuesday when I went to see my Pediatrician.  I fell asleep both ways in my carseat, so I’m still unsure what all is around my house.  From what I gathered from the Doctor…. he basically said that I was perfect ( oh, and something about being quite active).

My funny moment:

*When mommy was getting me ready to take a bath (which i don't like) - as soon as she took off my diaper and started to pick me up, I peed all over her!  I soaked her arm & shirt, the changing pad, and part of the couch!  It didn't work though... i still get baths!

Something to note:

*When Auntie Abbey is over - I am a pooping machine!  Now, if i can only get her to change my diaper!
